AQUACULTURE
We face a new challenge: the reduction of fish wild stocks and
the production of fish for an steadily increasing market.
At ECOLMAR we count on all necessary means to achieve this goal.
Under strict control and aided by high technology our professionals
perform a genetic selection of the embryos. From here onwards
the fish is closely supervised through its birth and feeding processes
until maturity is reached and the harvest is completed.

Natural and healthy.
Due to its high nutritive values and an easy digestive process
Pacú is on increasing demand. Essentially it is rich in
minerals, vitamins, proteins and contains omega3 and omega 6,
which contribute to reduce cholesterol levels and attenuate the
effects of immune-inflammatory processes such as asthma and arthritis.
In our laboratories our professional biologists produce the
fish embryos under strict water and sanitary conditions. The evolution
of the specimens will be thereafter controlled throughout the
entire cultivation, harvesting and freezing processes.
The farming process does not include the use of pesticides, antibiotics
or any preservative
